Every villa in Realtors Limited portfolio is assigned to one of the extremely competent House Administrators whose main role is to oversee the smooth running of the villa.
This competent team of House Administrators, with over thirty years experience amongst them, are on call for emergencies twenty four hours a day and they are the liaison between all departments of the company and all the owners, guests and clients in the villas.
The services offered by the House Administration department include but are not limited to:-
- complete care of a property, including maintenance and repairs
- hiring, training and termination of villa staff
- arranging security for the villas
- liaising with guests and owners to ensure smooth running of bookings and care of the villa
- shopping for any items requested in the villas
- ensuring that the accounts are in order
The House Administrators are on the front line of the property management service provided as they are required to handle any complaints and conflicts guests experience in the property, while simultaneously maintaining relations amidst the villa community.
