Rental Projections
Due to its excellent location, The Condominiums at Palm Beach is perfect for both long and short-term rentals. Historically, beachfront rental properties have been very popular with the offshore/expatriate clientele on a long-term basis and it is expected that this high demand will continue.
Based on a rental analysis of comparable properties on the South Coast, it is suggested that The Condominiums at Palm Beach can achieve the following rental rates:
Long-Term:
2 Bedroom unit between US$3,250 to US$3,750/month fully furnished
3 Bedroom unit between US$4,000 to US$4,500/month fully furnished
Short-Term:
2 Bedroom unit - US$250/night in summer and US$350/night in winter
3 Bedroom unit - US$375/night in summer and US$475/night in winter
Reservation Procedure
A prospective purchaser may elect to reserve the unit of their choice subject to availability. The procedure for reserving a unit entails the signing of a reservation agreement and payment of a US$10,000 refundable deposit. Thereafter, purchasers will be required to sign a subscription agreement and make payments in accordance with the payment schedule contained therein.
Monthly Levy
As is common with this type of development, purchasers will be required to pay a monthly fee in respect of the common services provided within the development. Common services will include management of the common property, security, insurance of the buildings, landscaping maintenance, pool maintenance, elevator and general building maintenance. The monthly levy will be cost driven and is calculated on a square footage basis. It is expected to be approximately US$600/month for a two-bedroom unit and US$750/month for a three-bedroom unit.

| Walls | Internal walls rendered and slicked, external walls to be rendered and finished in trowel plastic. Selected porcelain tiles to bathrooms as shown on construction drawings. |
