House Administrators

A dedicated team of seven House Administrators are responsible for the property management services offered by Realtors Limited.

This involves the marketing, operation, maintenance and daily financing of the villas.

Every villa in Realtors Limited portfolio is assigned to one of the extremely competent House Administrators whose main role is to oversee the smooth running of the villa.

The House Administrators at Realtors Limited are on call twenty four hours a day as they are the liaison between all departments of the company and all the guests and clients in the villas.

This competent team with over thirty years experience amongst them is: Judi Burke, Jacqui Boyce, Tanya Harris, Allison Hoad, Ray Marshall, Samantha Weikel, Shirley Fields and Ann-Marie Roberts.

Some of their duties involve:

- simple rent collection
- property repairs
- maintaining and managing villa staff
- complete care of a property
- overseeing the appointment and termination of staff in the villas
- training the staff in the villas
- handling the wages of the villa staff as well as determining end of year salary increases and bonuses
- arranging security for the villas
- handling all the paperwork in the villa on behalf of the guest
- shopping for any items requested in the villas
- ensuring that the accounts are in order

The House Administrators are on the front line of the property management service provided as they are required to handle any complaints and conflicts guests experience in the property, while simultaneously maintaining relations amidst the villa community.
